  • How do I place an order?

  • Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

After you placed an customized order, we accept photo, design, color and name change within 12 hours. Unfortunately once the order is placed, we can not return or cancel the order.   

  • How long does the product to be done and ready to ship?

 We take great care in crafting each product to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction. Depending on the volume of orders and the meticulous attention to detail required in our process, the preparation time for your items can vary. Typically, it takes about 15 to 50 days to have your product ready to ship. We appreciate your patience as we work to make sure every piece meets our standards and exceeds your expectations. Thank you for understanding that this time ensures you receive the best quality products crafted just for you.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your product is finished, we will ship it ASAP and email the tracking number to you, you can track the order with delivery company.  

  • How long does shipping take?

We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times can vary based on the distance and logistics specific to your area.   • Do you offer international shipping?

For now, we only offer Canada and United States shipping. Sorry for the inconvenience.
